Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.  In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing within 72 hours of placing an order. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
·         60 days & prior to arrival – 15% of the tour/service cost.

  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.

·         14 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.
In case of Special Trains Journeys and peak season hotel bookings a separate cancellation policy is applicable (which can be advised as and when required).

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:

  • accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
  • cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).

·         For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any booking confirmed over the phone with any of our consultant.

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines company policy

Law & Jurisdiction

For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Delhi.

Refund Policy

If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase & you feel that the product (trip) received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision and if you want we will cheerfully issue applicable refund provided such refund is sought pursuant to cancellation and the request for same is made within 72 hours of your purchase and shall be further subject to the travel agent having not processed your order. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 working days period however, we shall not be liable for any default caused in processing the refund amount owing to the delay caused by processing bank.

If the refund is made to the credit card account or to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

In addition, please note that domestic plane tickets are non refundable and train tickets have a cancellation penalty that will not be credited back to you.
